Quotes and availability
A quote is not a confirmed reservation until the stated deposit is received and we issue written confirmation. Hotel, vehicle and ticket inventory can change before confirmation.
Traveler responsibility
Travelers must provide accurate names, ages, nationality and health-relevant planning information, carry valid documents and follow authority, safety and supplier instructions.
Changes and force majeure
Weather, road closures, security orders, flight disruption, natural events and other circumstances outside reasonable control may require rerouting or cancellation. Additional direct costs are discussed where possible.
Scope of service
Only items named in the written inclusion list are included. Optional activities and third-party services remain subject to their operator's rules.
Liability and insurance
Mountain travel carries inherent risk. Travelers should hold suitable insurance for medical treatment, evacuation, cancellation and activities.
