How cancellations, supplier charges and trip changes are handled.
Your written confirmation governs
Cancellation deadlines and charges vary by hotel, vehicle, ticket, permit, season and group size. Your quote states the applicable schedule before payment.
Non-refundable items
Air or rail tickets, permits, special-event inventory, official activity tickets and some peak-season hotels may be non-refundable or date-change restricted.
Supplier deductions
Any approved refund is net of non-refundable supplier charges, payment processing costs where lawful and services already delivered.
Weather and road disruption
If part of the route becomes unavailable, we first try a safe reschedule, route change or service substitution. Refund depends on what suppliers return and what alternative service is accepted.
Processing
Eligible refunds are processed after supplier reconciliation to the original or agreed method, with the expected timeframe confirmed in writing.
